Perspectiva gerencial sobre o compartilhamento do conhecimento operário em empresas automotivas

Resumo

Na busca pela melhoria do compartilhamento do conhecimento operário em empresas de um setor representativo da economia brasileira, a presente pesquisa identificou e avaliou fatores relativos à gestão da produção, gestão do trabalho e gestão do conhecimento em empresas do setor automotivo. Os dados coletados foram obtidos por um questionário aplicado presencialmente com gestores de produção de três empresas (uma montadora, uma fabricante de autopeças e outra de motores) a fim de se avaliar a importância dos fatores estudados pela ótica gerencial. A avaliação das respostas usou o método Analytic Hierarchy Process - Incomplete Pairwise Comparison, que possibilitou evidenciar maior importância da conversa técnica-sistêmica entre os operários, o papel da instrução de trabalho e do treinamento nos processos de compartilhamento do conhecimento. A pesquisa contribui para a qualificação e o aprendizado de novos operários, além da investigação de um contexto favorável para criação e compartilhamento do conhecimento no “chão-de-fábrica”.

Stefano Petrini de Oliveira, Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho"

Possui graduação em Engenharia Elétrica pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio Mesquita Filho (UNESP) concluída em 2013, mestrado e doutorado em Engenharia Mecânica, ambos com ênfase em Engenharia da Produção nas áreas de gestão e otimização pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio Mesquita Filho (UNESP) concluídos em 2016 e 2020, respectivamente. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia da Produção, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Pesquisa Operacional, Simulação, Estatística, Métodos de Auxílio à Tomada de Decisão e Gestão da Produção.

 

Jorge Muniz Jr., Universidade Estadual Paulista "Júlio de Mesquita Filho"

Associate Professor and Head of the Executive Master in Production Engineering at Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP), Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Associate Editor of Production Journal. He was Brazilian Visiting fellow at the Birmingham Business School (2017) and is developing research on Social Systems for Future Manufacturing (Industry 4.0). He has a doctorate in Operation Management from Unesp (2007) awarded by the Brazilian Association of Industrial Engineering (ABEPRO, 2008) related automotive worker knowledge sharing, and an M.Sc. with Honor in Operation Management from the Universidade de Sao Paulo (USP, 1995) related Simultaneous Engineering at Embraer. Before joining Unesp he worked as a executive at Ford Motor Company in Brazil, being responsible for the merge of Lean Manufacturing and Quality System.

Doutorado (1996) e Mestrado (1992) em Administração de Empresas pela FEA-USP Bacharel em Estatística pelo Instituto de Matemática e Estatística da USP - (IME-USP - 1978) Professor adjunto da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie desde 1993. Componente do programa de Pós Graduação e Administração de Empresas desde 1999. Lidera grupo do CNPq que estuda temas relacionados com a competitividade das empresas, gestão do conhecimento, exploration, exploitation, ambidestria organizacional, inovação, transferência e absorção do conhecimento, rotinas, RBV e dynamic capabilities. Avaliador de periódicos e líder de tema do EnANPAD e EnADI em 2013 e 2014. EnANPAD e ESO (2020/21). Publicações em periódicos nacionais e internacionais. Coordenador substituto do Programa de Pós Graduação em Administração de Empresas da UP Mackenzie entre fevereiro de 2014 a março de 2018.
