Projeto de adoção do Healthcare 4.0 e 5.0 no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS): Tecnologias de apoio ao paciente e desafios para gestão de projetos

A introdução dos paradigmas de produção da Indústria 4.0 e 5.0 no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) oferece oportunidades para a otimização da eficiência operacional e a promoção de um cuidado humanizado. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar os desafios de implementação das tecnologias habilitadoras da Indústria 4.0 e 5.0 no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS). A pesquisa adota como abordagem analítica os conceitos de gestão de projetos e adaptação organizacional. Utilizou-se a metodologia de revisão sistemática da literatura nas bases Web of Science e Scopus, abrangendo o período de 2011 a 2025, selecionando-se 96 artigos, através de filtros e critérios de exclusão, com uma abordagem dedutiva para estruturar a análise em três eixos: panorama das tecnologias habilitadoras, aplicações na jornada do paciente e barreiras de implementação no contexto brasileiro. Como contribuição, o estudo sistematiza um quadro de barreiras tecnológicas e apresenta oportunidades de pesquisa, oferecendo aos gestores públicos diretrizes para diagnósticos de prontidão organizacional antes de investimentos tecnológicos massivos. Os resultados mostram a transição que houve do Healthcare 4.0, focado em IoT e automação, para o Healthcare 5.0, centrado na sustentabilidade e na personalização via Inteligência Artificial Generativa e Gêmeos Digitais. A análise indica que a materialização desses benefícios no SUS é condicionada por barreiras, especificamente a fragmentação de sistemas legados e a resistência cultural das equipes assistenciais. Conclui-se que o êxito da transformação digital nas instituições de saúde pública depende da maturidade dos processos internos e da capacidade de gestão da mudança, superando a visão puramente instrumental da tecnologia. As implicações gerenciais sugerem que investimentos tecnológicos devem ser subsidiados por diagnósticos de prontidão organizacional e alinhados a diretrizes de governança de dados, visando à integração com a Rede Nacional de Dados em Saúde (RNDS) e à conformidade com a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).
