Aprimorando a comunicação entre TI e Negócios em uma empresa de varejo em Portugal: um estudo de caso aplicando o framework TIDE

Distribuição Alimentar em Portugal, com foco nas interações entre suas áreas de negócios e tecnologia da informação (TI). Reconhecendo os desafios de comunicação, integração e alinhamento estratégico, o estudo foi realizado durante a realização do módulo internacional da Universidade Nove de Julho, do programa de pós-graduação em Gestão de Projetos, onde foram realizadas entrevistas e observações in loco. Os achados destacaram lacunas significativas em processos de comunicação, governança de dados e uso de ferramentas de gerenciamento, resultando em atrasos, retrabalho e baixa sinergia entre equipes. Como solução, foi proposta a aplicação do framework TIDE (Transformação Integrada Digital Empresarial), estruturado em fases que abrangem diagnóstico inicial, modernização tecnológica, integração de dados, capacitação digital e inovação contínua. O plano de intervenção busca alinhar estratégias organizacionais, promover uma cultura digital e otimizar processos operacionais. Os elementos transversais, como gestão de mudanças, monitoramento contínuo, governança de dados e colaboração interdepartamental, foram identificados como fundamentais para o sucesso da transformação digital. O estudo conclui que a melhoria na comunicação e na integração entre áreas de negócio e TI é essencial para a efetividade do processo de transformação digital. Apesar das limitações de abrangência, os insights fornecem um modelo replicável para outras organizações do setor. Sugere-se um acompanhamento contínuo e verificação da aplicação do framework TIDE.
