Methodology in a project of solar radiation blocker with rotative structure for environmental comfort in vivarium of birds

Abstract

Among agriculture cultures in Brazil, aviculture is getting more important every year. Nowadays, it is in second place in supply of animal protein for human consumption. With the increase of necessity, the vivarium of birds tend to advance in the treating of birds. The concern about the environmental comfort of the animals is directly related to the increment of productivity in weight and eggs. In this work, it is proposed a methodology for a project of solar radiation blocker with rotative structure to impede the incidence of solar radiation and the heat gain where the animals are confined, using this illumination for the environmental comfort.
