Global competition in which companies are competing requires them to seek operational excellence to survive, and the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, by requiring a reorganization and process integration, enables organizations to become more competitive. However, this type of implementation has a high cost for software and project acquisition, as well as the need to create an operation support structure. In this scenario, the possibility of implementing a cloud ERP is advantageous from the financial point of view, but it comes up against issues related to the greater need to reorganize its processes, the company's deep understanding of cloud technology and the system being acquired . The purpose of this study was to analyze how companies and software suppliers are understanding the relevance of these aspects as critical success factors of the project and how they perceive the benefits of this type of implementation under the organizational improvement dimension. The assumptions of this research were denied in relation to perceived benefits with project implementation, but the main research question that was to identify how much process, system, and technology factors are relevant to project success has been proven.
