The increasing use of rapid development of digital games project promotes the need for risk identification to assist in the success of these projects. The purpose of this work is to identify risks in rapidly developing projects of digital games, to establish a possible relationship with the risks identified in the literature and propose mitigation of the risks found. The character of the research was exploratory, with the application of a literature review and semi-structured interviews. The results include a list of 19 identified risks, its relationship to literature and 5 proposals for mitigation of identified risks. The theoretical implication is a list of risks to be studied and as practical application is the use of fast development projects in digital games for project managers, team leaders and the like.
