Hemotherapy: the difficulties found for the nurses

Abstract

This article objectified to identify the main difficulties found for the operating Nurses in Hemotherapy. This was a exploratory‘s research. It was offered to an Instrument of Collection of Data and the Term of Free Assent and Clarified to the 18 interviewed that they develop its activities in Hemotherapy’s Services of the São Paulo’s Hospitals. One interviewed, 61% were exerting its activities in average between 01 and 05 years in Hemotherapy and 73% had studied post graduation and the curse that the nurses had decided to study was the nursing hospital administration. It concluded that the main difficulties told for the nurses when acting in the Hemotherapy’s Service had been the related collection the knowledge I specify, the absence or inefficiency of the training carried through in the occasion of the admission, the absence or inefficiency of programs of perfectioning, the handling and will supervise it of specific equipment of the sector and they said not if to feel enough able to act in area.
