Abstract

Introduction: More than what to fulfill the laws effective it is obligation of all company to adopt the legal guidelines and ergonomic references approved by the national politics for the implementation of a management system that guarantees the extension of the rights to the security and health of the worker and the duty the all employer. Objective: The main objective of this study is to characterize the adequacy of the industries, pertaining to the Industrial Districts of the city of Uberaba, to the ergonomic laws and measures. Methods: For this interviews in 45 participant companies of the three industrial districts of the city of Uberaba through the application of a questionnaire developed for this work had been carried through. The previous approval of the Committee of Ethics and Research had become necessary for accomplishment of this work. Results and conclusion: The found results show the presence of a shy process understanding initial and implantation of the ergonomics as daily practice inside of the atmosphere laboral of those companies, being the same ones distant of an ergonomic adaptation.
