Abstract

The usage of radiological image for diagnosis of mandible fracture is vital for getting sure about the site of fracture and find out the Best treatment. This report shows the radiological uses in this case and the panoramic radiograph image as choices for initial diagnosis. The computadorized tomography because of its high resolution is the most indicated device to get the image without postponed subjacent structures, showing in this case 100% of the mandible fractures. This kind of image exam is also indicated in cases of condylar fractures.
