Abstract

The Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is the most common neurologic desmilienizanting diseases of the central nervous system, from autoimmune and incurable, it’s been treated with immunosuppressive an immunomodulator drugs, which interfere in the disease evolution’s. There is no specific dietoterapy; especially, there are no statistics datas about the prevalence of nutritional status or dietary patterns from these patients, but only nutritional conducts based in vigents recommendations and adapted on individuals requires. This literature review show researches that discuss the role of specifics nutrients (vitamins A, C, E, D, B12, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and zinc) on the etiology or symptoms of disease.
