Abstract

In vitro evaluation and comparison of the microleakage in three core systems, being two self etching systems, One-Up Bond F (J Morita) and Clear Fill Se Bond (Kuraray), and one single bond, Excite (Vivadent); in deciduous molars. 15 non carious teeth had been selected, they received resin restorations in the proximal. Three groups were formed, with ten samples for each adhesive system. The interface resin/enamel, on the gingival side were evaluated in longitudinal slices after four hours of submersion in Blue Corante of methylene 0,5% and ph 7.2. The data had been submitted to the statistical test of Kruskall-Walli considering significance of 5%. To be concluded that all of materials analyzed presented microleakeage. The One-Up Bond F presented the lowest microleakage having the medium score of 1.06 being statistically important them compared to Clear Fill Se Bond with medium score of 2 and Excite with medium score of 2.16.
