Abstract

In this article were contemplated the results of an inquiry that have let us know how nursing teachers identify and take part in the development of the abilities that enclose ethical-political aspects in the formation process of future nurses. A qualitative approach was chosen to analyze and interpret the data, which was gathered by means of a questionnaire. It was pointed out the importance of a double-meaning ability: technique and politic, ethics being the mediator between them. Many facts have been disclosed in this study; however, the most important ones were the technique dimension development and the gap between this dimension and the politic one in the nurse formation.
