Integração interfuncional no contexto de desenvolvimento de produtos: revisão da literatura e agenda de pesquisa

Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho é revisar sistematicamente a literatura sobre a integração interfuncional no contexto de PDP. Realizou-se uma revisão sistemática da literatura para identificar e analisar as principais vertentes de pesquisa. Obteve-se uma amostra final de 87 artigos que foram considerados nesta revisão. A análise de conteúdo dos artigos permitiu identificar e caracterizar três categorias principais: Vertentes de pesquisa; Fatores de integração e fases do PDP. Além disso, também foram analisados dados descritivos relacionados a principais revistas, país da pesquisa de campo e ano. Foram desenvolvidas três proposições e indicam a necessidade de integração interfuncional para eficiência NPD em três situações: alto fluxo de projetos dentro do PDP, alto envolvimento da empresa com inovação e alta complexidade do PDP. Por fim, uma agenda de pesquisa foi desenvolvida com base na articulação entre a teoria existente e as análises bibliométricas.

Márcio Lopes Pimenta, Universidade Federal de Uberlândia

Professor da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia. Editor do World Review of Intermodal Transportation Research (WRITR) para a América do Sul. Possui doutorado em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos, mestrado em Administração pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia e graduação em Administração de Empresas pela UEMG. Tem experiência na área de Administração, com ênfase em Supply Chain Management e Marketing. Atualmente tem atuado em pesquisas sobre Integração Interfuncional em diversos contextos

Franciele Olivo Bertan

Possui graduação em Agronomia (2006) e Mestrado (2008) em Ciência e Tecnologia de Sementes pela Universidade Federal de Pelotas. Doutora em Agronomia (2014), área de concentração em Produção e Tecnologia de Sementes pela Universidade Federal de Uberlândia. Foi aluna de Pós-doutorado no programa de Pós-graduação em Administração na Universidade Federal de Uberlândia.

Possui graduação em Administração pela Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho - UNESP (2003), mestrado em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos (2006), doutorado em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de São Carlos (2010), pós-doutorado no Departamento de Engenharia e Gestão no Instituto Superior Técnico da Universidade de Lisboa (2016), e Livre-Docência em Gestão de Desenvolvimento de Produtos pela UNESP (2018). É professor associado do Departamento de Engenharia de Produção da UNESP - Bauru. Exerceu o cargo de coordenador do curso de graduação em Engenharia de Produção da Faculdade de Engenharia de Bauru (FEB - UNESP) entre os anos de 2013 a 2015. Foi coordenador geral do Simpósio de Engenharia de Produção (SIMPEP) nas edições de 2012 e 2017.
