Abstract

This paper focuses on the professional service provider from a humanistic perspective and reinforces the concept of professional ethics. Exploring the area of public institutions, its goal was to get to know the service provider professional as well as to highlight his or her difficulty in fulfilling that role in order to identify solutions for obtaining a higher-quality service. Emphasis is given to the role of human resources departments in managing proposals for providing incentives to employees to perform their duties with more dedication. Accordingly, we discuss the guiding principle of efficiency in order to make the coexistence between public service companies and the public more satisfactory.
