The study consisted in adopting the Scrum methodology through an action research and checking the advantages in the executed projects. The main results can be highlighted: a greater alignment of the teams involved; Greater alignment of project results with customer requirements; Deliveries on time. As a conclusion, it was observed that the implementation of the Scrum methodology in the evaluated Junior company caused a change of culture and the strengthening of team spirit, with the members assuming greater responsibilities.
