The aim of this paper is to discuss not only the conception of the complex thought and its presence at biological sciences, mainly into Cardiology field, but also to contemplate the importance of the inner complexity of the human being, such as his/her physical, biological, psychological, cultural, social and historical aspects, regarding to Edgar Morin's thought, which privileges the whole rather than the partition. Based on the fact that this way of thinking has taken part of the gathered amount of knowledge in the Cardiology field, along five millennia, this paper also intends to propose that this knowledge must be understood and applied in order to reach a favorable relationship among all human beings, taking into consideration their complex nature.
