Abstract

Wheat and barley diseases caused by Bipolaris sorokiniana were important symptoms for reduction in produtivity. This work was developed to identify the isolates based upon pathogenicity and the referred symptoms on wheat and barley plants. Under greenhouse conditions, wheat and barley plants were susceptible at a concentration of 105 conidia/ml. Wheat and barley isolates from Bipolaris sorokiniana presented across reaction and speciality level in both cultivars.
