Analysis of the flow of knowledge in a project sector in an institution of public higher education

This research aims to present an analysis of the process of implementation of Knowledge Management in an administrative sector of a Public Higher Education Institution, culminating in the proposal of procedures and tools applicable by Knowledge Management that can create value and promote improvements in the processes of development of projects. The used methodology consisted of a bibliographic research in a periodicals portal, to identify references to support the development, direction and links of the research, as well as the application of a survey to raise the real experience of the daily life and identification of parameters that guide the construction of manuals of procedures related to the development of projects in architecture. As a result, it was verified that the proposed changes contribute to the improvement of process flows, and the practices identified and adopted contribute to the beginning of knowledge management in the studied sector.
