Cerne is a management model for incubators that foster practices inside key-process associated with maturity levels (Cerne 1 to 4) geared towards continuous improvement. This article’s goal is to present the aplication of Multicriteria Decision Aid Constructivist (MCDA-C) methodology in estabilishing a ranking of prioritary actions in order to implement the Cerne 2 practices on the technological Incubator (INTEC). The input information comes from two questionaries. On the first one the Likert scale is used to answer agrément levels about reaching the requirements to define priorities between key-practices, ranking them with the help of the Macbeth software. The second compares pairs of requisites, defining the priority on acting between requirements of the Cerne 2. The necessity for bigger focus on requirements involving register of activites and lesser on the use of indicators were observed at the end of the study.
