Estudo das Tendências na Análise de Competências na Gestão de Projetos através de Técnicas de Bibliometria

A análise de competências voltadas para a gestão de projetos é um assunto que tem sido debatido tanto nas organizações quanto no meio acadêmico. Este artigo tem por objetivo realizar um estudo sobre a literatura acerca das competências no contexto da gestão de projetos. A metodologia consistiu na abordagem híbrida com técnicas de bibliometria e redes sociais, e busca e seleção de publicações relevantes na base de ISI Web of Knowledge (Web of Science). O resultado revelou 147 artigos alinhados ao tema.
