Uma revisão dos estudos em lazer: um enfoque nos métodos de pesquisa

Resumo

Objetivo: O objetivo é verificar o estágio em que se encontra a pesquisa sobre Lazer considerando as estratégias de pesquisa, fontes, coleta e análise dados.
Metodologia / abordagem: A metodologia adotada divide-se em duas que estão entrelaçadas. Primeiro, fez-se revisão sistemática da literatura sobre o fenômeno Lazer para responder à pergunta: Quais métodos de pesquisa têm sido usados para investigar Lazer nos estudos acadêmicos? Em seguida tem-se como metodologia de pesquisa a Meta-Método Sistemático para identificar os métodos mais usados.
Originalidade/relevância: Não se encontrou na literatura uma análise específica sobre procedimentos metodológicos em pesquisa de Lazer. Além disso, há pouca padronização em métodos de pesquisa, técnicas de coleta e análise de dados, o que indica potencial teórico, ou grande amplitude para descobertas de novos conceitos e teorias sobre Lazer.
Principais resultados: Os principais resultados indicam que Lazer enquanto objeto de pesquisa está em seus estágios iniciais de maturidade em razão da pouca padronização em métodos, técnicas de coleta e análise de dados indicando grande potencial para a padronização de métodos e, por conseguinte, proposição de teorias.
Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas: A contribuição metodológica é emprego da meta-métodos sistemática para identificar os procedimentos metodológicos. Verifica-se baixa padronização metodológica de pesquisa qualitativa. A área apoia-se ainda em teorias de múltiplas áreas como Sociologia e Psicologia, dentre outras.

George Bedinelli Rossi, Escola de Artes, Ciências e Humanidades da Universidade de São Paulo – EACH / USP

Possui graduação em Engenharia Elétrica Modalidade Eletrônica pela Faculdade de Engenharia de São Paulo (1982), mestrado em Administração de Empresas (Sp) pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas - SP (1996) e doutorado em Administração de Empresas (Sp) pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas - SP (1999). Atualmente é professor na Escola de Artes, Ciências e Humanidades (EACH) da Universidade de São Paulo USP). Possui experiência na área de Administração, com ênfase em Mercadologia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Interatividade e Memória e Redes Estratégicas. Meus interesses em pesquisa são: (1) Interatividade e Memória e (2) Redes Estratégicas formando Vantagem Competitiva Sustentável.
