Traducción y validación en portugués de la Escala de Restricciones de Ocio (LCS)

Objetivo: Analizar la validez de contenido y traducir para el portugués de Brasil la Leisure Constraints Scale (LCS).
Metodología: Se trata de una investigación transversal con un enfoque cuantitativo. Se llevaron a cabo los procesos de adaptación transcultural (traducción y retrotraducción y revisión técnica) y validación (análisis de expertos, focus group, reproducibilidad y consistencia interna). Participaron 180 trabajadores para el análisis de reproducibilidad y 992 de consistencia interna. Además, once especialistas en el área de ocio participaron en la validación del contenido de la encuesta.
Originalidad / relevancia: El estudio sobre las restricciones del ocio, aunque es reconocido en el exterior, en Brasil necesita de una profundización conceptual y una encuesta válida. En este sentido, esta propuesta viene a llenar este vacío y contribuir al fortalecimiento de la investigación sobre el ocio en Brasil.
Resultados principales: Los expertos asignaron valores satisfactorios para el análisis de contenido en los ítems claridad y lenguaje (CVCt = 0,745), pertinencia práctica (CVCt= 0,782) y relevancia teórica (X=4,0; DE=0,77). Los índices de reproducibilidad por medio del análisis de la correlación intraclase en test-retest fueron considerados adecuados en todos los dominios de la LCS (restricciones intrapersonales = 0,780 - buenas, restricciones interpersonales = 0,665 - regulares, restricciones ambientales = 0,852 - excelentes). Además, el Alpha de Cronbach presentó un valor de 0,621.
Aportes teóricos metodológicos: La versión brasileña de la Leisure Constraints Scale es una encuesta válida para su aplicación en muestras de adultos, presentando adecuados indicadores psicométricos de validez, reproducibilidad y consistencia interna.
