Avaliação econômica de recursos em sondas de poços de petróleo e gás

A otimização dos recursos na produção coopera na redução de custos e/ou aumento da produtividade do setor, através do uso de instrumentos de apoio à decisão. Desta forma, o objetivo deste estudo avaliou modelos de simulação capaz de dimensionar economicamente recursos necessários para realizar a Desmontagem, Transporte e Montagem (DTM) de sondas de perfuração de poços terrestres de petróleo e gás. O método adotado baseou-se em análises de dados obtidos por meio de entrevistas e observações na operacionalização das sondas, cujos modelos foram monitorados pelo software Arena. Os resultados avaliaram, após testes sob diferentes cenários, que um aumento de 34% na quantidade geral dos recursos empregados proporciona uma redução de mais de 95% do tempo de espera na fila, destacando como a melhor alternativa em ganhos econômicos e produtivos. Concluiu-se, a partir de modelos de simulação qualificados ao imitar o sistema, a identificação e dimensão de recursos adequados para atender ao planejamento de DTM nas sondas de perfuração de forma econômica e eficiente.
