In this article, it is discussed labor organizing when it comes to the molding of armed concrete structures. The focus is on the importance of this activity to the production administration of the concrete structures and to the service of the market demands. Therefore, it is aimed to present the concepts and conditions that make possible the appropriate development of the activity of labor organizing for the molding of armed concrete structures. Such organizing is justified not only for the need of rationalization of the production, but also for the lack of knowledge regarding the interfaces that this activity shows in terms of improving the productivity and the quality of the products and, consequently, the quality of the enterprise.Downloads
