In this work, it is aimed to test the DNS and Molish methods in the determination of glucose content into blood, for obtaining two kits of low costs and with good precision, which can substitute the current methods of diagnosis of the hyperglycemia. The results showed that the analysis for method DNS had an inferior error at 5%, showing that its analysis are confidents. The Molish method showed to be of easy handling, of low reagents expense, of fast response, and they may be possible an easy handling in doctor’s offices, thus, it is possible to obtain previous diagnostic of hyperglycemia. Because of the precision, accuracy and of lower cost than the methods presented for OMS and ADA, the clinical application of the DNS and Molish methods is very viable.Downloads
