Abstract

This paper presents a comparative study about the Fuzzy logic and A* search algorithm implementation, in an intelligent agent, in order to resolve problems of routes in autonomous navigation. More particularly, this work compares both techniques in order to evaluate the cost of crossing of a hypothetical land, considering the movement of the intelligent agent only at right angle and at step of 45°. Preliminary results related to the search algorithm and the Fuzzy logic show the viability of this approach.
