This paper aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge sharing, safety, and organizational climate through the application of a research scale to 30 logistics workers of an automotive assembly company. A multidisciplinary approach has difficulties in establishing cause and effect relationships; thus, it represents a research opportunity to be applied at organizations. The sample of respondents was made up of workers from the logistics team (direct labor) because, although providing a production support service, they behave similarly to the blue-collar workers allocated to the assembly line. The questionnaire was validated by Cronbach's alpha. The results reveal that more than half of respondents did not evaluate the company's organizational climate as positive, but they did value knowledge sharing and safety.
