Analysis of the Strategies of Gross Margin Gain in a Medication Distributor

This research aimed to present what means a company in the branch of distribution of medicines adopts to improve the Gross Margin (MB) performance of its sales. The methodology was divided into four parts, where it began with the contextualization followed by the collection and analysis of the data, in the midst of deepening the knowledge of the strategies adopted, to the visualization of the projection of gains and advantages and disadvantages of the adoption. The research concluded that the strategies adopted by the company were Basket of Products and Suggestion of Mix, both focused on generating gains of MB boosting sales of products that have a high margin profile. Together, with positive changes of up to 1.5%, the company is guaranteeing its main margin gains and still achieving earnings in revenues of up to 12%.Downloads
