Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo foi realizar um mapeamento de soluções tecnológicas com aplicação em Cloud Manufacturing. Foi realizada uma pesquisa na base de dados Espacenet e como resultado da busca realizada, obteve-se 27 patentes e estas foram classificadas em sete grupos de soluções tecnológicas: Soluções baseadas em Internet of Things ou Industrial Internet of Things, que utilizam dispositivos conectados para coletar e transmitir dados de máquinas e equipamentos; Soluções para detecção de falhas, que utilizam análise de dados para identificar problemas potenciais antes que eles ocorram; Soluções voltadas a customização para clientes, que permitem a produção de produtos personalizados de acordo com as necessidades específicas dos clientes; Soluções que utilizam aprendizado de máquina, que automatizam tarefas e melhoram a tomada de decisão; Soluções que utilizam a tecnologia de registro distribuído (Blockchain), que garantem a segurança e a confiabilidade do compartilhamento de dados; Soluções que utilizam nuvens heterogêneas, que permitem a integração de diferentes ambientes de Cloud Computing; e Soluções que visam a resolução de problemas com foco em equipamentos, que melhoram a eficiência e a confiabilidade dos equipamentos. As soluções das patentes analisadas contribuem para o campo de gestão de projetos de manufatura, pois elas permitem a melhoria da produtividade, flexibilidade, eficiência e sustentabilidade, bem como o aumento da competitividade das empresas.

Doutor em Administração pela Universidade Nove de Julho (UNINOVE), Mestre em Administração pela Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná (UNIOESTE), Especialista (MBA) em Gerenciamento de Projetos pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) e Engenheiro de Produção pela Universidade Tecnológica Federal do Paraná (UTFPR). Atualmente é professor de cursos de graduação e pós-graduação na Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUCPR) e professor de pós-graduação na Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná (UNIOESTE).
