Trajetórias e estratégias de comercialização de cooperativas lácteas no Brasil e na Austrália: estudo de casos

O agronegócio do leite destaca-se pela sua elevada concentração nos elos de processamento em sua cadeia de produtiva. Assim, agregar valor à produção, buscando diferenciação, é uma das estratégias preconizadas como aquelas mais adequadas para a garantia da sustentabilidade de empreendimentos atuantes nesse contexto, inclusive para cooperativas. O presente trabalho intentou analisar os fatores determinantes para que atores organizacionais de duas cooperativas lácteas, uma no Brasil e outra na Austrália, optem pela estratégia de não processamento do leite. A metodologia para a obtenção dos dados foi a utilização de entrevistas semiestruturadas com distintos estratos de atores, bem como o método de análise documental. Os resultados evidenciam que a escolha por esse tipo de estruturação dá-se em virtude de frustrações estratégicas anteriores, o que corrobora a concepção do ciclo de vida organizacional. Porém, o nível de exposição das cooperativas de suprimento ao contexto das ameaças às forças competitivas pode ser reduzido pela emersão de bases institucionais microestruturais ambientais, com destaque para a vinculação contratual.Downloads
