Abstract

The aim of this paper is to evaluate the criteria and sub-criteria of the implementation of PSS (Product-Service System), based on the criteria of quality, through the application of a hybrid methodology (Fuzzy Delphi – FDelphi and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process – FAHP). The fuzzy Delphi method was used to validate the criteria and sub-criteria taken from the literature through interviews with five experts in the implementation of PSS and the use of FAHP to calculate the relative weights of the selected criteria and sub-criteria. The results show which criteria were relevant to the company: restructuring, trustworthiness, innovation, and technology. Regarding the sub-criteria (global weight), the most influential were: learning and understanding of necessary requirements and customer satisfaction. It is expected that the results of this article may contribute to improve the performance of companies that want to deploy PSS.
