Abstract

The present study aims to bring attention to the quality of life at work by studying new ways of administering and organizing the work of federal public institution servants in the area of education. Studying the level of satisfaction, along with organizational behavior, factors such as motivation, leadership and teamwork also form the basis for a healthy work environment and quality of life. For that, questionnaires were carried out to evaluate the level of quality of life satisfaction. As a result of the applied research in the two institutions, which are reserved anonymously, different evaluations were obtained, even the two being of the same follow-up and having the same objectives.
