The present study aims to relate the perception of benefits of implementing the Electronic Patient Record (EPR), from the perspective of health professionals who are part of a Home Care (HC) service, in the light of the Life Cycle Canvas® (LCC) visual project management (PM) model. This is a case study carried out in an organization in the health segment and carried out through the application of group interviews using semi-structured interview script with professionals who use the ERP and the project team that used the LCC as a tool of PM. Research findings are analyzed through a thematic analysis based on the project's LCC. The results show that the research participants showed satisfaction, although not totally, with the use of the system, so the benefits can be visualized more clearly in the long term and based on the documentation of these aspects, especially by the organization. From the perspective of the project team, it is believed that, as they have more maturity in projects, it was possible to identify in their speech, in addition to the desired benefits, opportunities for improvement, including through the Benefits Management (BM) in projects to be developed by the HC service. The study contributes to the PM theme with the experience of an organization in the health area that made use of the LCC visual tool and to observe the perception of the benefits generated in the vision of the professionals involved.
