People Management Decision Aid Based on Knowledge Demand

This paper aims to build a human resource allocation in a project management model based on project knowledge demand and not according to the company position or work experience, using a multicriteria decision aiding method (MCDA-C) as an intervention instrument. The study allowed the decision maker to identify 76 criteria / KPIs that explain the DM’s concerns and his values in order to meet the project demands. In addition, the model was utilized by the DM as a decision aid tool in order to implement and evaluate the status quo of the analyzed alternative with 63 points and 73 points after formulation of recommendations. The proposed method was applied for a home appliances company, but it’s also possible to be applied for any type of decision aid if followed the MCDA-C premises during the construction.References
