The European Reference Index for the Humanities and the Social Sciences (ERIH PLUS) was created and developed by European researchers under the coordination of the Standing Committee for the Humanities (SCH) of the European Science Foundation (ESF). The ERIH lists, which initially covered only humanities disciplines, were first published by ESF in 2008, while revised lists were made available in 2011-2012. In 2014, responsibility for the maintenance and operation of ERIH was transferred to the Norwegian Social Science Data Services (NSD). The reference index at NSD is called ERIH PLUS in order to indicate that it has been extended to include the social sciences. 

 

Uno de los principales objetivos de Dialnet consiste en aumentar la difusión, visibilidad y accesibilidad de la literatura científica hispana, potenciando el acceso libre a la misma.

Las revistas son incluidas en Dialnet por las instituciones colaboradoras, que deciden qué revistas indexar, ya sean electrónicas o en papel. Desde la Fundación Dialnet se ofrece también a las editoriales el alojamiento de los textos completos de sus publicaciones desde 2004.

 

 

ofrece un acceso transparente a los contenidos de las revistas a través de sus metadatos, sin duplicar nunca dichos contenidos, que se consultarán en la web de cada revista. Con ello se contribuye a la difusión de las revistas que integran el portal, a la vez que se sitúa al usuario en el contexto de la producción completa de cada una de ellas.
