Organizational Innovation in People Management: The Case of a Tricola Cooperative in the North of Rio Grande do Sul

Cooperatives have a relevant role for Brazilian socioeconomic development, so there is an investment in improving the management of this type of organization. The use of organizational innovation, coupled with human resource management brings benefits to employees and the organization, leading to effective performance. Given the relevance of innovation and human resource management in the organizational context, this study aims to analyze managers' perceptions regarding organizational innovations in human resource management, focusing on benefits plan and quality of life actions in a cooperative of the North of Rio Grande do Sul. Regarding the methodology of this study, a qualitative and exploratory approach was used, under the scope of a single case study, with semi-structured interviews in depth with 6 managers of the high and medium management of Cooperativa Tritícola Cotriel. The results of this study demonstrated the interest of cooperative managers in relation to the well-being of employees in their investments in actions that improve the organizational environment and also in the well-being outside the cooperative through the benefit plans offered to them, your employees more satisfied.
