Abstract

The principle of efficiency is great importance due to the fact that starting from its expressed constitutionalization the Judiciary Power was able to evaluate the results obtained by the Administration’ acts in the rendering of public services, leaving no room for a formal analysis about legality of the applied resources, being able to evaluate the conjuction of applied resources with the results obtained, which should certainly be satisfactory. Thus, not despising the legality that should at all times direct all acts of Administration, always chosing the best means to obtain the best results.
