The work developed under this theme focus its main questioning on the conceptual configuration of the State sovereignty, facing the conflicts broken out in America-Iraq war, counterpointing the negotiation environment conducted by the UN, based on the established principles in the constitutive text of this international system. The theoretical perspective contemplates the international relations transformation and the national State model adequacy in its classic configuration, concerning the new imperatives of the political diplomacy order environment and the conflicting interests in the Middle East.Downloads
