The law language and the reality: the concreteness of the juridicial norm

Abstract

This work makes an approach to the question of meaning construction in juridical norms from a different perspective of the one proclaimed by the Science of Law. Through a critical procedure, investigating interests and the arrangement structure itself, the operator can visualize the latent semantics of Law, in search of getting over the formal model concerning conflicts solution.
