Resumen

This article aims to understand the institutions’ process of creation. According to the theory developed by Douglass North (1990) this is a logical process. The institutions are nothing else than a creation of human beings. Its creation is attached with the idea that it’s a way of improving its monetary gains. Unfortunately, the creation of institutions does not follow necessarily its logic. Human beings are creatures with feelings and emotions and the process of creation not always follows this description. It is necessary understand the logic inside each act if we want to understand the institutions’ process of creation.
