Consolidação de redes de pesquisa sobre gestão e compartilhamento do conhecimento no contexto da transformação digital para a Indústria 4.0

A transformação digital, impulsionada pela Indústria 4.0, promove aumento da competitividade, mas também novas possibilidades de concepção de valor. Para inovar, alterações culturais são necessárias, o que envolve estudos sobre gestão e compartilhamento do conhecimento. Este trabalho busca investigar a consolidação de redes de pesquisa sobre a temática, considerando desafios impostos e o alcance entre diferentes países. A metodologia, baseada em bibliometria, envolveu categorização e análises estatísticas de artigos e criação de nuvem de palavras. Identificou-se que redes de pesquisa dedicadas ainda não parecem estar consolidadas e que a maioria dos trabalhos está associada a países de economia mais desenvolvida, onde predominam estudos práticos. A colaboração entre autores de diferentes países mostrou-se pequena. A formação de redes de pesquisa depende do trabalho conjunto da academia, das organizações e do governo, principalmente no contexto de países em desenvolvimento. A metodologia pode ser novamente aplicada, futuramente, para reavaliar a consolidação das redes.
