He was then invited to assume a huge challenge at Zubarah Shipping Express, a multinational shipping company which head office is located in Qatar with three branches in Brazil. Felipe is going to work at Santa Catarina office and his main challenge is to roll out a change project, required by the Board of Directors. On the other hand, it is understood as completely needless by most of the employees. In their opinion, it can indeed jeopardize the customer service activities. This teaching case aims to promote discussions about project management, leadership, skills and change management through possible solutions for the case. It is suggested to be applied to leadership, project management and change management college or lato sensu post-graduate students.
