Abstract

This paper deals with the elements of ageism that exist in the enterprise strategies and labors recruiting. The age limits demanded by the profile of offices that will be filled and the exclusion elements that exist in the new productive paradigms represent a clear discrimination against older workers. In this article we propose a study about such elements and prove that the age limits affects the principle of equity supported on opportunities equality. Based in job’s announcements with age limits, in specific bibliography about unemployment and exclusion in the work, and statistical data about

the age reduction in the management positions.
