This work aims to make a comparative analysis of management excellence models European Foundation Quality Management (EFQM), Baldridge Performance Excellence Program (BPEP) and Modelo de Excelência da Gestão (MEG), using BSC’s perspectives as a measuring tool. The methodology used was content analysis, where it sought to analyze the score of the criteria and sub-criteria for each of the models and their relationships with BSC’s perspectives. The results show similar points between the three models tested (EFQM, BPEP and MEG) as well as a relationship between each sub-criteria and their respective scores with the BSC perspectives, making it possible to quantify how each model contributed for each perspective of the BSC.Downloads
