The research seeks, in a general way, the understanding of company resources that influence the activities in the Recruitment and Selection and Training and Development of teams. These topics are fundamental and begin to gain greater importance when they are added to topics such as technology in the modernization of the business sector. Since the adhesion of technologies in organizations, several perspectives change, not only in Recruitment and Selection and Training and Development, but, concomitantly, monetary results and, in general, processes in work routines and the whole corporate culture, which is modernized.
