Guidelines for improving and interpreting the internet civil framework law with a view to the guarantee of the right to privacy in the networks

The paper seeks to reflect on the Civil Internet Framework in the context of Social Networks in Brazil, focusing on the fundamental human right to privacy. In this context the research aims to verify if Law 12.965 / 14, can be applied to Social Networks. One can, if this applicability represents the guarantee of the right to privacy in this scenario. The hypothetical-deductive methodology is used for this purpose. The research technique used was bibliographic with legal and doctrinal subsidies. In order to respond to the problem, in addition to the approach of the Civil Internet Framework, Social Networks and the right to privacy, the aspects of the so-called digital society are highlighted, pointing out the complexities and challenges of the virtual universe.Downloads
