Crisis of the State and publicization in Brazil: Critical essay of contemporary politics

Abstract

The State is in search of identity, since it is in crisis because of the new model has globalised. Neoliberal policies before raged over the world, facing the left today, were incorporated into social democrat governments and even European countries governed by Socialists. The publicization of public policies – particularly in what relates to social organisations – proved a project full of expectations but cambaleante achievements are recognized social effectiveness. Finding alternatives to the viability of such public policy represents an important mechanism for combating inefectivity of State. This is the challenge.
