Notes about history of the oldness rigths in Brazil

Abstract

During the last decades the oldness becames in Brazil visible specially with the enlarged scale of the population aged above sixty. The first plans of public politics for the oldness are from the decade seventy independently by the experience increased by the private philanthropy. However if by speech the Brazialian State announce intention to meet ways to warrant a better way of life for the oldness, concretly the National Politic for Oldness could not establish social rights. In face the situation directed by the neoliberal politic the Brazilian State incorporated the political speech from international creditors.
