On the morphosyntactic structure of the penal types

Abstract

This paper approaches the analysis on the gramatical structure of the penal types. By means of a systematic study of types on the Penal Code, we searched for outlining a parallel between concepts of the criminal theory (conduct, descriptive and normative elements, active and passive subject etc.) and grammatical concepts both from morphology (verb, adverbial adjunct etc.) and from syntax (subject, predicate, coordinating and subordinating clauses etc.).
