Abstract

A theory of self-restraint. The aim of this essay is to demonstrate the role of Immanuel Kant’s philosophy of history and jurisprudence, being aware of their permanent influence in those disciplines of knowledge, and criticizing the consequences of the philosopher and his followers’ options.
